If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased on NovaParker.shop, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that if you leave NovaParker.shop to complete your purchase on a third party website, please contact that third party website for their return policy.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day full refund policy from the date of receipt, and all Nova Parker suppliers must abide by this policy. However, please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging, or in the same quality and re-saleable condition. It is the customer's responsibility to return the item to the seller. Please ensure that the product is well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. The risk of any product damage is borne by the customer, so we recommend that you insure the return shipping. We will refund the full amount, excluding the return shipping costs. The refund will be refunded to the bank card or account used to purchase the item.
Our return policy applies to all standard items, not custom items and items made to order.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the item you wish to exchange and re-order the item you wish to receive.
Defective or Damaged Items
Customers must inspect the condition of their order upon delivery. If you notice damage to the outside of the packaging, please notify the courier and note this on the delivery note. Then notify our customer service as follows.
If the item in your order is defective or damaged, please submit a return request at Support@NovaParker.shop. Our customer service team will contact you and help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Note: You will be required to pay for return shipping, but this will be refunded once we have received and inspected the item. In some cases, we can arrange for the courier to collect the item directly from you.
